The Yoga Connection was established in 2005 and was the first yoga studio in Johnston County. They offer private yoga therapy that focuses on repair, recovery, and total body wellness. They bring safe and effective methods of improving health and wellness to their community through yoga, meditation, and educational workshops.
The Yoga Connection also provides 300-hour yoga teacher training. Yogis can get their yoga certification and continue on their path to mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
